Kozminski University \u2013 one of Europe\u2019s top business schools \u2013 and Lidl Polska \u2013 a leading player in the retail sector and part of an international group operating across Europe \u2013 are continuing their collaboration to support the development of tomorrow\u2019s organizational leaders. Following the success of the first edition of their jointly created program, which exceeded the expectations of both participants and organizers, the second edition of the postgraduate program \u201cLeader of the Future\u201d is now being launched. The initiative is designed specifically for senior-level managers.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

This tailor-made postgraduate program responds to the rapidly changing challenges of leadership, management, and growth strategy. The year-long postgraduate course includes nearly 200 teaching hours and offers a unique educational experience that combines best management practices, personal development, and cutting-edge technologies. A distinctive element of the program is the FRIS\u00ae thinking and action style assessment, helping participants better understand their strengths and tailor their leadership styles to the demands of today\u2019s business environment.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The program will be delivered in a hybrid format, combining in-person classes with interactive online modules, offering flexibility and compatibility with managers\u2019 day-to-day responsibilities. It emphasizes key areas of modern leadership such as effective managerial communication, team engagement, task delegation, fostering employee autonomy, change management, adaptability to fast-paced markets, use of emerging technologies, and building values-based organizational cultures.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Participants will enhance both strategic and operational skills, enabling them to lead teams more effectively and address future challenges. The program culminates in a final consulting project \u2013 much like an MBA thesis \u2013 that is presented and defended before a committee. Graduates receive a postgraduate diploma from Kozminski University.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
