SIXT, an international mobility service provider operating in over 100 countries, is investing in the development of its managers\u2019 competencies. The company\u2019s leadership team in Poland has launched a tailor-made educational program \u2014 <\/span>\u201cManager Academy\u201d<\/span><\/i> \u2014 in partnership with Kozminski University.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The training program, designed for 37 female and male managers, focuses on strengthening leadership and managerial skills that support the management board and enhance understanding of the organization\u2019s mission and vision. The program includes dozens of hours of practical sessions covering self-management, team leadership, business operations, and handling difficult managerial situations. Participants will also have the opportunity to explore their individual thinking and action styles.
